Stephanie Moffat
Managing Director | Founder
With over 25 years’ experience across both the public and private sectors, Stephanie has led major residential developments from land acquisition and planning through to infrastructure delivery and build-out.
Her career includes senior leadership roles within national housebuilding organisations, where she acted as Technical and Planning Director and Project Director for large-scale consortium urban extensions, as well as senior positions within public sector housing and regeneration.
Stephanie brings:

Kamljit Chana
Project Director
Kamljit is a highly experienced development professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering social and physical regeneration and residential infrastructure projects across the UK.
Her background spans:
- Development corporations
- Public sector regeneration programmes
- Large, complex residential schemes
Kamljit is known for her structured, methodical approach, strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate complex consultant and delivery teams across long-term programmes.
She plays a key role in ensuring Ellipsis projects are:

Jo Aatkar
Project Co-ordinator
Jo provides the operational backbone to Ellipsis projects.
She is responsible for managing:
- Consultant performance and appointments
- Fee tracking and compliance
- Project meeting coordination, agendas and minutes
- Action tracking across multi-disciplinary teams
Jo’s attention to detail and organisational strength ensure projects remain controlled, compliant and moving forward, supporting effective senior-level decision-making.
Laura Sherwood
Project Co-ordinator
Laura brings a wealth of transferable experience to Ellipsis, with over 13 years’ experience managing complex programmes, budgets and stakeholders across multiple sectors.
Laura is known for her:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- “Can do” attitude and proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Her role includes:
- Client and consultant liaison
- Sourcing and negotiating consultant fee proposals
- Budget creation, management and reporting
- Invoice review against agreed scope and progress
