Langley Sustainable Urban Extension is a transformational residential and mixed-use development delivering up to 5,500 new homes alongside schools, community facilities, extensive green infrastructure and a new district centre.
Allocated within the Birmingham Development Plan, the site represents one of the most strategically important growth locations in the region.
Planning Strategy & Planning Delivery
Ellipsis was appointed as Infrastructure Project Manager in early 2022, supporting the consortium through key implementation stages following resolution to grant planning permission.
Our responsibilities include:
- Strategic infrastructure programme management
- Coordination of highways, green infrastructure and drainage delivery
- Management of technical approvals and statutory agreements
- Consultant team leadership and reporting
- Interface with local authorities and statutory bodies
- Oversight of infrastructure phasing to support long-term delivery
